AFAIK, Baseline Protocol is not being used in production so is a relatively new addition to the Enterprise Blockchain game.

As you likely know, it is less of a Blockchain in itself, and more of a proofing solution that utilises Mainnet for transaction state immutability whilst retaining privacy via ZK-SNARKs. This has many similarities, drawbacks and efficiencies as with Enterprise Ethereum, including concerns relying on ZKPs entirely for transaction privacy.

Baseline, as well as complete reliance on ZKP solutions, needs to be battle-tested before there is enough data to viably recommend.
